At Curated By Muse, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for a different product from another collection.

How to proceed with an exchange?

Please contact us via email at support@curatedbymuse.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The product you wish to exchange
  • The new product you would like

Exchange Process

  1. Validation: Our team will confirm the availability of the new item and provide return instructions.
  2. Returning the product: The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with its original tags.
  3. Shipping the new item: Once we receive and validate your return, we will ship your new product.
  4. Shipping fees: Return and reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
