We know that sometimes the size or color isn’t quite right don’t worry, we’re here to help make it right!
At Curated By Muse, we want you to love every piece you order. While we do not offer refunds, we’ll gladly assist you with an exchange for another size, color, or item of equal value.
Exchange Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
During the holiday period, we extend this window to 28 days to make your gifting experience stress-free.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for an exchange, all items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition and packaging

With all original tags attached
How to Request an Exchange

Contact our team at support@curatedbymuse.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

We’ll review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll send out your new product or provide a store credit if the desired item is unavailable.
Please note that shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect in that case, we’ll ship your replacement item free of charge.
